How is pricing figured?
Mostly by how much space it takes in the truck, plus disposal fees and how hard it is to get to. Stairs, crawl spaces, and heavy material take longer, so they factor in. You get the number before we start.

Do I need to be home?
Not always. If it's outside and we know what's going, we can handle it without you there. For inside jobs we'd rather have someone point at what stays.

What can't you take?
Hazardous material — paint in bulk, chemicals, asbestos, and anything requiring special handling. Ask us and we'll point you the right direction.

Do you work with contractors?
Yes, regularly. We clear job sites of flooring, cabinets, drywall, and demo debris, and we offer contractor rates for recurring work. Heavy material is quoted separately.
